Valen offers TRIO: with youthful energy and enthusiasm, Valen offers proven public speaking and non-profit chapter leadership (along with successful fund raising experience) to the often overlooked youth in our transplant community. Using her own published biography ("My Favorite American") as a springboard, Valen promotes public education on the success of organ transplant and the ever growing need for organ donation. She hopes to reach out and organize young people in support of the TRIO mission.
