Honor The Gift efforts on behalf of non-invasive rejection monitoring
The HTG team is working with Rep. Carol Miller and House Energy and Commerce Committee staff to finalize a sign-on letter for advocates to encourage their Representatives to join onto. support of the non-invasive efforts. The hope is that this letter emphasizes the importance of engaging with all stakeholder comments and reverting to the pre-March 2023 coverage standard when the final coverage determination is issued later this year. Coverage for heart, lung, and kidney monitoring has been restored, but the government agencies have left the door open for making changes later this year that would again adversely alter the coverage policies.
